Preparation method:

1. Wash your hands well: Before you start preparing the milk, make sure to wash your hands well with soap and water.
2. Sterilize the bottle and tools: Sterilize the bottle, nipple, and other tools you will use to prepare the milk by boiling them in water for 10 minutes or using a sterilizer.
3. Boil water: Boil enough clean water and let it cool down a little, the water temperature should be around 40-50 degrees Celsius.
