Exchange and return policy:
1- Recovery period:
- You can return milk and baby food products within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order.
- You can return care products within 3 days from the date of order.
2- Conditions :
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The return must include all attachments and accompanying documents.
3- Recovery process :
- To submit a return request, please contact customer service via [contact method], stating the order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with shipping instructions to return the product.
4- Replacement of products :
- In case you receive a wrong or defective product, you can request a replacement for the same or another product. The request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
5- Refund :
- After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund request will be processed. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part.
6- Non-returnable products :
- Some products, such as electrical appliances and makeup products, cannot be exchanged or returned.
7 - Costs :
- The customer bears the shipping costs when returning the product, unless the wrong or defective product is received.
- What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?
We will attempt to deliver your order three times. If you are not home during these attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the amount you paid, minus the delivery fee.
- What happens if part of my order is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock after placing an order, the product will be removed from your invoice. Our team will contact you to inform you, and we will refund the amount of the unavailable product. If you encounter any issues, please contact customer service for assistance.
- What happens if I order a replacement product that is more expensive than the one I ordered? Do I have to pay the difference?
If you receive a more expensive replacement product upon your request, you will need to pay the difference in price.
