Shipping Policy

Shipping within Jazan is done on the same day, while shipping outside Jazan takes 2 to 6 working days.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping and home delivery by shipping companies is available in major cities, while shipments are received from the shipping company headquarters only in neighboring villages.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping costs :

• Shipping cost includes 15 kg only.
• For each additional kilogram above 15 kilograms, 2 riyals will be added to the shipping cost.
• If the shipment price is not adjusted according to the volume weights, the customer will be contacted to pay the remaining amount if the shipment size is more than 15 kg.

Confirm shipment and track order

You will receive a shipping confirmation text message once your order has shipped, which contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Pharma Brand Pharmacy is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
