- Refundable percentage
- Non-refundable percentage
The first percentage is refundable:
This is when the customer orders a product and this product is not available or has a defect or manufacturing defect. In this case, the customer has the right to get a full refund when canceling the order or requesting a return or replacing it with another product. This right is one of the basic rights to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in the purchasing process. Therefore, customers should make sure to know the company's return policy before purchasing.
The second percentage is non-refundable:
It means that there is a non-refundable fee. When paying with Tabby, and when canceling the order, 3% of the order value will be deducted as a refund cost. Please make sure of your order before completing.
